Creating workplace clarity with a human-centered brand platform
Ricoh Europe provides everything from digital invoicing to smart lockers and AV systems—but instead of focusing on capabilities, we focused on what people want most at work: flow.
 
With deep insight into modern work life, we built a brand platform around a simple truth: people want to succeed at work—without tech issues, clutter, or complexity getting in the way. “Let People Succeed” reframes Ricoh’s role from technology provider to enabler of everyday success.
 
Visually, we reimagined Ricoh’s iconic Imagination Balloon as a glowing neon symbol of possibility, paired with handwritten typography to add a personal, human touch. Alongside the campaign, we also led a full website redesign to bring the new positioning to life across digital channels.
 
The platform has been a major success internally, embraced by local teams across Europe—proving its power to align a wide-reaching organisation around a shared, human message.
